Having received her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees from Hacettepe University, Graphic Design Department, the artist is not only famous for her design in web and banners, but also in other areas of art through the use of different materials.  Her installations using photography, digital printing, fabric, paper, newspapers and so forth illustrate the artist's skill in applying material and blending it with local and international issues such as memory, war, migration, feminism, and queer philosophy.

The collage technique, which is one of the important elements of contemporary art and also can be seen in the works of Keçeci, includes irony, humor, and criticism. Keçeci 's installations, collages, and graphic designs are distinct in many examples in which color and language play an important part. Even in her black and white works of art, her allocation of space to vivid color, even with a small touch, seems to be her signature.
